Peanut Butter and Jelly Pizza

Saturday, November 15, 2008

These peanut butter and jelly pizzas are so easy to make a child can do it--and things always taste better if you make them yourself!

We used Mama Mary's prepared individual size pizza crusts, spread them with peanut butter and then jelly, popped them in the oven for about 6 minutes, and it was time for the pizza party!

These are also delicious with chocolate chips sprinkled over the top--both instead of and in addition to the jelly!

This is something I wouldn't mind trying. It sounds really good, but the only question I have is: does the peanut butter melt?

It gets sort of melty, like peanut butter spread on hot toast. If you let the pizza sit a few minutes before cutting it's pretty much perfect!

Okay, drool, drool. Thank you for answering, I know a stupid question, but I was curious. This is a definite try:)

This is one pizza I really don't think I'd like, only because I don't care of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

The first time I saw peanut butter and jelly pizza I was so turned off. Then last week I decided to try it. Delicious. Sorelli pizza in Oakland Maryland gets it just right. The crust is perfect...and they deliver.
